Privacy Protection: We prioritize your privacy and adhere to all state and federal regulations and HIPAA guidelines to guarantee your information is safeguarded. Our staff undergo regular training on such guidelines and must pass state-mandated exams to demonstrate their understanding. They also sign documentation as part of their “new hire” paperwork and orientation to attest to their commitment. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for misconduct, and our staff undergoes a rigorous, state-mandated background check and screening process.
